Thrive Week Learn More
Thrive is a time when we come together as a community to learn about, talk about, and explore ways to support our mental health. In collaboration with many faculties, clubs and departments across campus, Thrive Week intends to give everyone in the McMaster community opportunities to Thrive!

The Working Mind Learn More
The Working Mind is an evidence-based program designed to promote mental health and reduce stigma around mental illness in the workplace. This training directly supports our shared purpose of promoting and contributing to a healthy and safe community at McMaster University.

Mac Mindfulness Learn More
Mac Mindfulness is a mindfulness program that can help you develop a more grounded perspective on your work and personal life experiences. This program is offered for free to McMaster faculty, staff, and graduate/post-doctoral students.

Special Project Funding (MOSPF) Learn More
In recognition of the importance of health and well-being in higher education, the McMaster Okanagan Special Project Funding encourages creative and impactful projects focused on health and well-being that benefit McMaster students, staff and faculty.
